Hemp is a great low-fat, lower-calorie source of protein. For flavoring, choose cinnamon or orange zest, based on your personal preference. On its own, hemp doesn?t have a lot of taste. Makes 16 ounces.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 4

  • 1/2 cup Hemp Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Raw Pure-organic Agave Nectar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

1 Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Store in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for up to 36 hours.
2 NOTE: You can substitute cinnamon for orange zest
