Enjoy this sweet and antioxidant-packed toast.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 whole-grain bread slice(s)
  • 2 tbsp plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp blueberries
  • 2 tsp honey

DIRECTIONS

1 Toast the slice of bread.
2 Spread the Greek yogurt on top of the slice of toast.
3 Place the blueberries on top of the yogurt.
4 Drizzle the honey on top of the toast.
