Spinach - thaw, chop and drain

Green Onion - dice

Whole Wheat Pitas - cut into triangles (6 pieces each)

Mix together mayonnaise, greek yogurt, onion, artichoke hearts, salt, pepper, and chopped spinach in a bowl.

Chill in the refrigerator 6 hours or overnight.
