John Salley's 'Oh So Green' Kale Drink

A new twist on breakfast. Healthy and packed with vitamins!

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 2

  • 2 cups Kale
  • 1 cup Spinach-frozen
  • 1 Banana-medium
  • 1 Organic Fuji Apple
  • 1 cup Organic Navel Orange
  • 1/4 cup Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger Root
  • 8 oz Drinking Water

DIRECTIONS

1 Begin by roughly chopping the kale.
2 Grate the fresh ginger.
3 Put all of the ingredients into a blender, and blend on high for 60 seconds.
4 This recipe makes two generous servings.
5 Pour into a glass, and enjoy.
