1 Organic Fuji Apple

1 cup Organic Navel Orange

1/4 cup Parsley

1 tbsp Fresh Ginger Root

DIRECTIONS

Begin by roughly chopping the kale.

Grate the fresh ginger.

Put all of the ingredients into a blender, and blend on high for 60 seconds.
