Kale Chips

Kale chips provide you a great salty crunch without the extra fat and calories you’d get with regular potato chips.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 4

  • 5 cups Kale, Raw
  • 2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 1 dash ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS

1 Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.
2 Remove and discard the thick stems.
3 Toss the kale pieces in extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and pepper – you can add garlic too.
4 Spread the kale out on a baking sheet (non-insulated) and bake for 12-17 minutes or until crispy but not burnt.
