This recipe is Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten Free.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 2

  • 1 can Amy's Vegetarian Chili
  • 1 cup Orange & Yellow Bell Peppers - Diced
  • 2 tbsp Cashews

DIRECTIONS

1 Prepare chili according to package directions. Warm stove top until desired heat.
2 Add cashews and bell pepper to the warming chili
3 Serve warm.
4 Enjoy!
