One of the quickest and easiest ways to make sure you're getting in the nutrition you need is to make smoothies. Easily digestible and simple to make, these this recipe take the guesswork out of pre and post-workout meals and early morning breakfasts.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 2

  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 fruit without skin and seed Avocados, raw, California
  • 2 tbsp almond butter (without salt)
  • 2 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 1 oz chia seeds
  • 2 scoop Collagen Peptides
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 4 Ice Cube
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup Cacao Nibs

DIRECTIONS

1 Add the ingredients to the blender, and blend until smooth. Add ¼ cup water, if needed.
2 Top with cacao nibs, cinnamon, and raspberries.
