INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp Apple Butter
-
1/2 cup Non-fat Plain Yogurt
-
1 Peach
DIRECTIONS

* The peach should be pre-cooked or jarred.

Overnight, in a small bowl, soak the chia seeds in the apple butter.

The next morning combine the chia seed gel with the yogurt.

Stir in the peach and serve with breakfast, as a snack or dessert.
