Layne's Peach Chia Yogurt

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Apple Butter
  • 1/2 cup Non-fat Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Peach

DIRECTIONS

1 * The peach should be pre-cooked or jarred.
2 Overnight, in a small bowl, soak the chia seeds in the apple butter.
3 The next morning combine the chia seed gel with the yogurt.
4 Stir in the peach and serve with breakfast, as a snack or dessert.
