Lean Burger with Avocado

This burger is healthy, protein-packed meal that feels like a guilty pleasure.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 6 oz lean ground beef
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 dash salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp whole grain mustard
  • 1/3 medium avocado

DIRECTIONS

1 Season ground beef with oregano, salt and black pepper to taste, and form into a patty.
2 Grill burger 4-5 minutes per side until done to taste.
3 Layer burger with mustard, then avocado.
