A light, healthy, and savory meal - easy to make too! Scallops are a protein with very little fat.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 6 oz scallops
  • 1/4 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

DIRECTIONS

1 Line baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
2 Add scallops and sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning.
3 Broil 3 to 5 minutes or until cooked.
