Lemony Pear-Ginger Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 pear
  • 1 oz Fresh Ginger Root
  • 1 medium stalks Celery
  • 1/4 medium avocado
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Spinach

DIRECTIONS

1 Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
2 Add more water if you want it thinner. If you are new to smoothies and need a tad more sweetness, add a 4-5″ piece of banana.
