Loaded Fries With Sprouts and Green Goddess Sauce

Making your own fries at home isn’t nearly as hard as you’d think. Smother it with this green goddess tahini sauce and you’ll be addicted forever.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 4

  • 5 Russets Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, Ground
  • 1/4 cup Tahini
  • 1/4 cup Parsley, Raw Fresh
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives
  • 1/4 cup scallion(s)
  • 2 tbsp Pure Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Sprouts, Fresh Crunchy
  • 2 tbsp Chives
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

DIRECTIONS

1 Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2 Scrub the potatoes, cut them into fry-like sections and toss with the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread them onto the baking sheet and bake for about 40 minutes or until brown, flipping halfway through.
3 While baking make the green goddess sauce by combining tahini, parsley, chives, scallions, lemon juice, almond milk, sea salt and black pepper into a blender and whip on high until smooth.
4 Smother the fries with green goddess sauce and sprinkle on the sprouts, chives and lemon zest.
