The addition of smoked salmon, a fried egg and cream cheese to this bagel sandwich means its packed with protein. Sarah Gim @thedelicious stacks the sandwich with vegetables, too, including creamy avocado, fragrant dill, and crisp cucumber, onion, and radish.
INGREDIENTS

1 Bagels, Everything

2 tbsp cream cheese

1 tsp Capers

2 oz smoked salmon
-
1 large fried egg

1/4 fruit without skin and seed Avocados, raw, California

1/2 cup cucumber
-
1 medium raw radishes

3/5 oz Raw Red Onions

5 sprigs Dill weed, fresh
DIRECTIONS

Spread cut side of each half of a toasted bagel with regular or almond milk cream cheese.

Press capers into the cream cheese on one of the bagels halves.

Layer half the remaining ingredients on one half of the toasted bagel, and half the remaining ingredients on the other half of the bagel. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.

Carefully press the bagel halves together to make a sandwich.
