The lassi is a yogurt-based beverage with origins in India and Pakistan.
INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups Mango Frozen Chunks

1 cup Lowfat Plain Yogurt

1/2 cup Unsweetened Iced Green Tea
DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to a blender and puree on high speed for 1 minute.

Pour into two glasses.

(Note: For a sweeter version, use tea sweetened with coconut nectar, honey, stevia, or monk fruit-based sweetener.)

TIP: Make sure the tea has been chilled.

Optional Add-on: Ground cardamom.
