Mango Lassi

The lassi is a yogurt-based beverage with origins in India and Pakistan.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 2

  • 1 1/2 cups Mango Frozen Chunks
  • 1 cup Lowfat Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Iced Green Tea

DIRECTIONS

1 Add all ingredients to a blender and puree on high speed for 1 minute.
2 Pour into two glasses.
3 (Note: For a sweeter version, use tea sweetened with coconut nectar, honey, stevia, or monk fruit-based sweetener.)
4 TIP: Make sure the tea has been chilled.
5 Optional Add-on: Ground cardamom.
