This nutty, almond yogurt-based parfait is topped with cashews and whole-grain cereal, making it a complete meal of protein, healthy fats and complex carbohydrates.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 3/4 cup multigrain cereal (gluten-free)
  • 8 cashews
  • 3/4 cup plain almond yogurt
  • 2 tsp maple syrup

DIRECTIONS

1 Add cereal and nuts to yogurt.
2 Drizzle with maple syrup.
