Maple Nut Oaties

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 12

  • 1 cup Oats, Rolled
  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter Creamy
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Almonds
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

DIRECTIONS

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees and toast oats for a few minutes. Watch carefully as they burn easily.
2 Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
3 Scoop cookie dough by TBSP (can use a melon ball scooper) onto parchment or Silpat lined cookie sheet.
4 Bake 10-12 minutes.
5 Allow to cool for 5 minutes, and then I just pick them up and form into balls before placing on cooling rack.
