This thick and creamy shake is made with matcha, but it won’t overwhelm the palate of green tea newbies. Think of it as a unique (and green) twist on a Frappuccino, but with the nutritional benefits of green tea, including polyphenols that have potential antiobesity and antidiabetic properties.
INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup cold water

1 tsp Matcha Powder

1 cup Greek Yogurt

1 tsp Vanilla extract

4 package stevia
DIRECTIONS

In a 2-cup (or larger) capacity measuring cup or bowl, stir together the cold water and matcha powder until green tea forms.

Add the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and stevia (or another naturally-derived sweetener) and stir until thick shake forms. (Hint: If prefer a thinner shake, add cold water by the teaspoon).

Pour into a chilled glass and serve.

If desired, garnish with a small dollop of plain Greek yogurt and a dusting of culinary matcha powder.
