Morgan Creek Vineyards' famous woodfired "Eggs Benny" served only during BRUNCH AT THE WINERY! Sunday morning 11-2 pm weekly, May through October. Hand rolled pizzette dough, olive oil, shredded low moisture Arrezio mozzerella, roma tomato, smoked ham, fresh basil, salt & pepper. All ingredients are locally grown and produced. A Farm to Table breakfast served with Morgan Creek Myst Mimosas with fresh orange slice, cherry, and cheese garnish. Morning Salutations from Morgan Creek Vineyards!



  • 3 oz Pizza Dough - Homemade
  • 2 oz Shredded Mozerrella Cheese
  • 1 Poached Egg
  • 1/2 1/2 Roma Tomato
  • 1 oz Smoked Ham Cooked


1 Roll 3 oz dough in corn meal, run though pasta roller, lightly olive oil top surface of flat dough. Circle outer edge with fresh mozzerella leave space in middle for egg. Poach egg slightly, place in center of pizza. Surround with sliced roma tomato. Cover with thin strips of smoked ham and twist to form a 5 pointed star.
2 Salt and pepper to taste, sprinkel fresh basil.
