2 tsp Lemon Juice

1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon

1/4 tsp sea salt

6 oz Lean Flank Steak - Raw

1 stalk scallion(s)

1/2 large Green Bell Pepper

8 cherry tomato(s)

1/2 cup Organic Greek Plain Nonfat Yogurt

2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
DIRECTIONS

Preheat a grill or grill pan on medium-high heat.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, oil, cinnamon and salt.

Cut the beef and bell pepper into 8 cubes. Add the beef cubes and scallion to the bowl and toss to fully coat.

Insert the beef, bell pepper, and tomatoes onto four (8-inch) skewers. Grill the beef-vegetable skewers until the meat is at least medium-rare, about 5 to 7 minutes.

Serve atop the yogurt and sprinkle with the mint.
