Make this low-carb treat with nothing more than creamy almond butter and banana slices. This snack is gluten free, protein-rich and high in potassium.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 2

  • 2 tbsp Almond Butter, Creamy
  • 1 medium banana

DIRECTIONS

1 Arrange half of the banana slices on a plate
2 Spread the 1 1/2 teaspoons almond butter evenly onto the slices
3 Gently press the remaining banana slices on top of the almond butter to make little banana sandwiches
4 NOTE: Dip these in melted dark chocolate if you've got a sweet tooth
