These simple to make no-bake cookies contain the great flavor combination of peanut butter and chocolate, along with a little hint of sweetness from honey.

2 1/2 cups Oats, Rolled

1/3 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

1 tbsp honey

1/2 cup Chocolate Chips, Dark
DIRECTIONS

In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, natural peanut butter, honey and dark chocolate chips.

Mix thoroughly until fairly consistent.

Use a muffin tin as the mold to form the cookies.

Place them in the fridge for an hour or so to allow them to harden and then eat immediately.

TIP: It makes about eight 250-calorie cookies -- so one tin is more than enough. Tip: To cut down on calories, you can make 16 cookies instead.
