With the right kind of protein, you can make thick and creamy milkshakes without excessive calories and fat.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 1/2 scoop 100% Casein Protein Powder Mix
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 5 Ice Cube

DIRECTIONS

1 In a blender, combine the casein protein powder, milk, vanilla extract, and 4-5 ice cubes (the more ice, the thicker your shake will be).
2 Blend on high until all the ice is chopped up.
3 Enjoy
