This sweet breakfast parfait is a complete meal of healthy fats, protein, and complex carbohydrates.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 3/4 cup multigrain cereal (gluten-free)
  • 8 cashews
  • 3/4 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tsp maple syrup

DIRECTIONS

1 Add cereal and nuts to yogurt.
2 Drizzle with maple syrup.
