1/4 cup Rolled Oats

1/8 cup low-fat milk
DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients into blender and pulse until completely mixed. The oats soak up the liquid ingredients and you are left with a light blintz-like pancake. You can make the pancake sweet with a little agave and cinnamon, or savory with hot sauce and veggies.

Cook the mixture in a lightly greased pan over a medium high heat.
