Orange-Kissed Vanilla Shake

Grass-fed whole milk Greek yogurt, orange zest, and vanilla come together to re-create a healthier version of childhood classic popsicle flavor. Best part? This morning smoothie also provides healthy doses of omega fats and dietary fiber.



  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain
  • 3 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream, Organic
  • 3 tbsp Almond Milk, Original
  • 1 oz chia seeds
  • 1 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 package stevia
  • 1/2 tsp Orange Zest
  • 4 Ice Cube


1 Add the Greek yogurt, heavy cream, almond milk, chia seeds (ideally white chia seeds), ice cubes, vanilla extract, stevia (or another naturally-derived sweetener), and desired amount of orange zest (or mandarin orange zest) to a blender.
2 Cover and puree on high speed until creamy.
3 Pour into a chilled glass and serve.
4 NOTE: Since the size of ice cubes vary, adjust as needed.
