Overnight Apple Pie Protein Oats

Overnight oats are very trendy right now, mainly because they are easy to make, nutritious and absolutely delicious! This version has an added boost of protein powder to give you the fuel to power through your day. Use gluten free or regular oats.



  • 1 second Butter Flavor No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 serving apple
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 2 scoops Proto Whey Vanilla (New Power Crunch Formulation)
  • 2/3 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 dash Nutmeg (Ground)
  • 2 dash Allspice, Ground
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 3/4 cup Almond Milk Unsweeten
  • 2/3 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds


1 Saute apple in a small pan with cooking spray until softened, about 5 minutes. Add pinch of cinnamon and set aside.
2 Combine protein powder, Greek yogurt, vanilla, nutmeg, allspice, salt and almond milk in a Nutribullet or blender.
3 Stir in old fashioned oats and chia seeds and pour into mason jars.
4 Top with sautéed apple, stir and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
5 Enjoy!
