Overnight Cacao and Vanilla Oat Parfait

The combination of high-antioxidant cacao and potassium-rich banana make this a sweet breakfast that’ll keep you energized. It’s also a delicious way to get picky eaters to start the morning with something nutritious.



  • 1 1/2 medium banana
  • 6 tbsp Organic Cacao Powder
  • 9 tbsp Honey
  • 2/3 cup Large Flake Oats
  • 12 oz Plain Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract


1 Blend the banana, cacao, and 1/3 C. honey until thick and creamy. Set aside.
2 Mix the yogurt, oats, remaining honey and vanilla until well mixed.
3 Layer the two mixtures into your jars and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
4 Note: For a quick, late-night preparation, cut the bananas into chunks and freeze beforehand!
