The combination of high-antioxidant cacao and potassium-rich banana make this a sweet breakfast that’ll keep you energized. It’s also a delicious way to get picky eaters to start the morning with something nutritious.
INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 medium banana

6 tbsp Organic Cacao Powder

9 tbsp Honey

2/3 cup Large Flake Oats

12 oz Plain Yogurt
-
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
DIRECTIONS

Blend the banana, cacao, and 1/3 C. honey until thick and creamy. Set aside.

Mix the yogurt, oats, remaining honey and vanilla until well mixed.

Layer the two mixtures into your jars and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.

Note: For a quick, late-night preparation, cut the bananas into chunks and freeze beforehand!
