Overnight Chia Oats

Hemp seeds are the star of these overnight oats and are not only a great source for omega-3s for plant-based eaters, but they can also easily kick up the protein count to any meal.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 oz chia seeds
  • 12 oz Pea Milk, Unsweetened
  • 1 oz Syrup, Maple
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seed
  • 2 apricot

DIRECTIONS

1 In a bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, non-dairy protein milk, and maple syrup.
2 Pour into a glass jar and store overnight.
3 Before enjoying, add apricots and hemp seeds.
