Use precut frozen fruit for an easy-to-prep parfait that bursts with flavor. Quinoa is a complete protein, and pairing it with your favorite milk makes for a very satisfying cold cereal. Both pineapple and papaya aids in digestion, and their enzymes help to create the creamy, sweet texture of this parfait.
INGREDIENTS

2/3 cup Quinoa Flakes

2 cups Soy Milk Lowfat Vanilla

2 tbsp Honey

1 cup Pineapple Chunks, Frozen

1 cup Frozen Mango Chunks

1 cup Papaya
DIRECTIONS

Mix the quinoa flakes with the milk and honey.

Layer the quinoa mixture with the fruit into you jars.

Let sit overnight in the refrigerator.

Note:
Use the milk of your choice: soy, almond, hemp, etc.
Swap the honey our for maple syrup if that's what you prefer!
