Peaches and Overnight Oats

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. I could eat it for lunch and dinner too. Oatmeal, eggs, smoothies - all day!

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1/2 cup Oatmeal-Rolled Oats
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop Vega Protein Smoothie Viva Vanilla
  • 1 peach
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

1 Combine all ingredient into a jar and stir thoroughly.
2 Cover jar and let sit over night in the refrigerator.
3 TIP: You can add any sort of mix-ins that you like: nut butters, nuts, fresh fruit, chia seeds, flaxseeds, etc. You can add more or less milk depending on desired consistency.
