Pan-Grilled Nectarine Sundae

The contrasting tastes and textures of this nutrient-rich dish comes from the grilled nectarine halves, smooth Greek yogurt and crunchy pistachios (Photo: Jackie Newgent)



  • 2 medium nectarine
  • 1/2 cup 2% Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Roasted & Salted Shelled Pistachios


1 Preheat a grill or grill-pan over medium-high
2 Cut the nectarines in half and remove seeds. (Note: If desired, spritz cut surface with cooking spray to help prevent sticking to grill.)
3 Grill the nectarine halves, cut side down first, until rich grill marks form, about 5 to 6 minutes per side.
4 Arrange the grilled nectarine halves on a platter, cut side up, top with the yogurt, sprinkle with the pistachios, and serve. (Hint! Optional garnish: fresh basil or mint leaves.)
