Peach-Ginger Cobbler Smoothie

You may be used to adding fresh ginger to your evening stir-fry, but incorporating it into your morning meal can be a great way to wake up your taste buds for the day.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 cup Frozen Peaches
  • 1/2 cup Oats - Rolled
  • 2 tbsp Walnut Halves Premium
  • 2 tbsp Pure Syrup
  • 1 tsp Ginger Root
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon Ground
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk Beverage
  • 1 cup Ice

DIRECTIONS

1 Combine frozen peach slices, rolled oats, walnuts halves, pure maple syrup, peeled and grated fresh ginger, cinnamon and unsweetened almond milk.
2 Blend until smooth, adding more milk if needed.
