This fruity delight is bursting with flavor from peaches, raspberries and added vanilla and almond extracts.
INGREDIENTS

2 Medium Size Peach, Raw

1/3 cup raspberries

3/4 cup Fat Free Milk

2 tsp Flaxseed Meal

1/4 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

1/8 tsp Pure Almond Extract
DIRECTIONS

Pit and slice the peaches. Do not peel. Place the peach slices in a single layer on a parchment paper–lined tray, cover, and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight.

In a small bowl, mash the fresh (or frozen thawed) raspberries with a fork. Set aside.

Add the frozen peach slices, milk, flaxseed meal, and extracts to a blender. Cover and blend on high speed until velvety smooth and only tiny flecks of peach skin are visible.

Pour into two chilled glasses and top with the mashed raspberries. Garnish with small fresh mint sprigs, if desired, and serve.
