2 tbsp Chopped Pecans

1/4 tsp Orange Zest

TIP: Halve the apple lengthwise and make sure to remove the core.

On a microwave-safe dish, place the apple, cut side up. Sprinkle with the cinnamon and salt.

Microwave on high for 3 minutes, or until the apple is just tender.

Top with the yogurt and sprinkle with the pecans and orange zest.
