INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1/2 fruit Avocado*
  • 1 cup Frozen Peaches
  • 1/2 cup Kale, Raw
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 scoop Vega One French Vanilla Nutritional Shake
  • 1/2 cup ice

DIRECTIONS

1 Add all ingredients to blender.
2 Blend until smooth.
3 Enjoy right away!
4 TIP: You can also try Vega Sport Performance Protein Vanilla
5 Using frozen fruit makes the smoothie thicker and creamier.
