Ice cream is sweet and rich and creamy – is this milkshake, except it’s totally dairy-free. That’s right: No ice cream was involved in making this smoothie, but you wouldn’t know it. Recipe and Image: Sherrie Castellano.
INGREDIENTS

2 medium frozen banana

1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

1/4 cup Peanut Butter, All Natural

1/2 cup Almond Milk, Unsweetened

3/4 cup full-fat coconut milk
-
1/4 tsp sea salt
DIRECTIONS

Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. If you have any leftover coconut cream, add a dollop to the top and swirl.

TIP: To get coconut cream, skim from the top of a can of chilled full-fat coconut milk.
