Powered by mainly oats, flax and nut butter, these balls are chock-full of protein, fiber and healthy fat.
INGREDIENTS

2 cups dry gluten-free oats

1/2 cup Ground Flax Seeds

2/3 cup natural peanut butter

3 tbsp maple syrup
-
1 portion Ripe Banana

1 pinch Salt, Pink, Himalayan

3 tbsp Roasted Cacao Nibs
DIRECTIONS

Combine 1 cup oats, flax, peanut butter, maple syrup, banana and salt in a food processor. Pulse until the mixture forms a ball.

Remove mixture from the food processor and place it into a bowl. Add in the remaining cup of oats, and cacao nibs. With your hands mix until well-combined.

Wash your hands to get a clean working surface. Roll the mixture into 15 even sized balls.
