Prosciutto and Parmesan Salad

The combination of the flavors from the Parmesan and proscuttio, makes this a savory and satisfying dish.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 slice prosciutto
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 dash salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

1 Combine oil and vinegar in a small bowl, set aside.
2 Arrange prosciutto flat on a plate.
3 Place the arugula, cheese, and dressing in another bowl and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
4 Spoon the arugula mixture on top of the prosciutto and serve.
