This healthy take on the classic quesadilla is an easy and satisfying way to start your morning.
INGREDIENTS

2 egg white(s)

1 whole-wheat tortillas (8-inch)

1/4 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese

1 tbsp salsa
DIRECTIONS

Combine eggs and lightly beat.

Using a cooking spray, scramble eggs in non-stick pan until cooked to liking.

Place eggs on top of tortilla.

Sprinkle with cheese, top with salsa and roll tortilla.
