Combining protein powder, frozen banana, espresso and nondairy milk, this blended coffee is just the thing for getting your morning started right. We’re talking about efficiency right here: breakfast plus caffeine fix in one. You won’t even know what to do with all of that extra time in the morning (although a few extra minutes of sleep sound pretty good).

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder, Chocolate
  • 3 oz espresso
  • 1 cup Soy Milk
  • 1 cup Water (filtered Tap Water)
  • 4 Ice Cube

DIRECTIONS

1 Freeze banana overnight.
2 Place all ingredients in blender and blend until well-mixed and a thick, consistent mixture is achieved.
3 Add ice if desire thicker texture.

5 Use your favorite non-dairy milk!
