What's better than grilled cheese? A grilled cheese sandwich transformed into a beautiful rainbow of colors using superfoods like turmeric, Blue Majik, vegetable powder and dragonfruit. This one's as magical looking as it is delicious.
INGREDIENTS

2 slice whole-wheat bread

1/2 tbsp coconut oil

1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese (low moisture)

1/2 cup Swiss cheese

1/2 tsp Turmeric

1/8 scoop Vegetable Powder

1/2 tsp Blue Majik

1/2 tsp Dragon Fruit
DIRECTIONS

Combine mozzarella and Swiss cheese in a small mixing bowl.

Divide cheese into four smaller mixing bowls.

Put each powdered superfood into its own small mixing bowl. Add water and stir.

Pour each superfood-infused water into a bowl of cheese and toss to mix well.

Top one slice of bread with four colored strips of cheese then sandwich with another slice of bread.

Heat frying pan over medium heat.

Dissolve coconut oil in frying pan.

Fry sandwich for about 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
