Add a low-glycemic fruit like fresh raspberries for they may help reduce the inflammation and pain associated with arthritis. The fruit also provides a delightful finish for this nutty-accented shake, just make sure to choose a natural peanut butter with no sugar added.

  • 3 tbsp raspberries
  • 3 tbsp whole milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Peanut Butter, Natural, Creamy
  • 1/2 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 package stevia
  • 1/3 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Ice Cube

1 In a small bowl, mash the fresh (or thawed frozen) raspberries with a fork. Set aside.
2 Add the milk, peanut butter (or nut butter of choice), ice cube, vanilla extract, and stevia (or another naturally-derived sweetener) to a blender.
3 Cover and puree on high speed until creamy.
4 Pour into a 2-cup capacity liquid measuring cup and gently whisk in the Greek yogurt.
5 Pour into a chilled glass, top with the mashed raspberries, and serve.
