This smoothie will help you recover from a tough workout!

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Milk

DIRECTIONS

1 In a blender, combine all the ingredients. *Add 1 serving of a plant-based protein like Vega Sport Performance Protein Vanilla)
2 Blend until smooth and creamy. (*Optional: Add a sprinkle of cinnamon)
3 Enjoy and recover!
