INGREDIENTS

SERVES 6

  • 4 cups Cauliflower,raw
  • 2 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS

1 Preheat oven to 350F.
2 Break off florets from the cauliflower.
3 Combine florets with the turmeric, salt, and olive oil.
4 Place in baking dish (evenly disperse cauliflower).
5 Cover the baking dish with tin foil.
6 Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
