Cereals don't always have to be sweet. This breakfast recipe combines crunchy quinoa with a hint of pepper.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1/4 cup dry quinoa
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

1 Cook quinoa with milk according to package directions.
2 Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.
