Sesame Garlic Green Bean Fries

Eat fries and get your green veggies with this crispy and delicious side dish! We use black sesame seeds for visual interest and antioxidants, and whole-wheat panko for added fiber.



  • 1 lb String Beans
  • 3 Large Brown Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Sesame Seeds Black
  • 1 tsp Garlic


1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2 Whisk the eggs in a small mixing bowl until just uniform.
3 Mix the breadcrumbs, sesame seeds and dehydrated garlic in another mixing bowl, then pour the mixture out onto a dinner plate.
4 Dip each bean into the eggs, roll each bean in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated, then place on a baking sheet lined with greased parchment paper.
5 Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until crispy, flipping the beans once after 8 minutes.
6 Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
