Simple Cauliflower Sauté Side

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 4

  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 Cauliflower (raw), Medium Head
  • 2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tbsp Crushed Garlic

DIRECTIONS

1 Heat vegetable oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
2 Add onions and cook until fragrant.
3 Add cauliflower and any optional mix-ins and saute, about 3-5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix soy sauce, vinegar, olive oil, and garlic into a vinaigrette. Add vinaigrette to skillet and cook for additional 2-3 minutes.
4 TIP: Add as much garlic as you want. Optional mix-ins: red pepper flakes, chopped fresh red peppers,
5 chopped green onion.
