INGREDIENTS

1/2 onion

1 Cauliflower (raw), Medium Head

2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce

2 tbsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

1 tbsp Crushed Garlic
DIRECTIONS

Heat vegetable oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add onions and cook until fragrant.

Add cauliflower and any optional mix-ins and saute, about 3-5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix soy sauce, vinegar, olive oil, and garlic into a vinaigrette. Add vinaigrette to skillet and cook for additional 2-3 minutes.

Add as much garlic as you want. Optional mix-ins: red pepper flakes, chopped fresh red peppers, chopped green onion.
