A delicious take on chicken Parmesan, this recipe is full of flavor with no guilt.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 6 oz raw boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

1 Preheat the oven to 350F.
2 Brush chicken with olive oil.
3 Grill chicken 8-10 minutes per side until just done.
4 Remove from grill, cover with sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
5 Bake until the sauce is heated through.
