A vegan scramble with tofu, tomato and spinach.

1/2 cup baby spinach

1/2 tomato(es)
DIRECTIONS

Using a cooking spray, cook tofu in a non-stick pan.

Add spinach and tomato and cook for another 1-2 minutes on medium heat.
