Easy, fast, nutritious and filling! Rather than a regular crudité with ranch dressing, how about serving something different? Dr Oz mentions both jicama and sunflower seed butter in his Five Foods That Fight Aging.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 1/2 cups Jicima
  • 9 tbsp Organic Sunflower Seed Butter

DIRECTIONS

1 Remove peel and cut jicama into inch-long sticks.
2 Measure 2 tablespoons of sunflower seed butter.
